Ali Reff is the owner of Chicago-based Alice & Wonder, a women’s apparel and gift shop. After leaving her career in Public Relations, Ali started the shop as an online venture out of the second bedroom of her apartment and has turned her dream into two storefront locations, an online warehouse, the brand’s very own line of Chicago apparel and a sister beanie brand called Mad Hatter.
Outside of growing her business and fostering her team, Ali’s main passion is her three kids: three-year-old Wells and twin one-year-olds, Noa and Millie.

Ali is a creative director, photographer, social media expert, and owner of The Studio Chicago
Since the age of 13 Ali has had a camera attached to her hip. Her love for creating and helping others carry out their visions and build confidence in themselves runs deeply. She is a lifestyle photographer and creative director specializing in fashion, lifestyle & travel work. Over the years Ali has worked with brands such as KLM airlines, The Peninsula Hotels, Apple Vacations and more.
Ali was born and raised in Madison, WI but has called Chicago home for the last 13 years. She firmly believes in collaboration over competition and loves working with, supporting and getting to know her clients. Ali opened The Studio Chicago in 2021 as a way to allow collaboration, creation, networking and support all under one roof. You can find her on social media as @alialistone.

I’M COMING IN FROM OUT OF TOWN - IS LODGING PROVIDED?
We are happy to suggest hotels in the area, because lodging is all you! We love Publishing House, the Emily, the Hoxton, and Blackstone for hotels, and The Studio Chicago is a quick Uber away from O’Hare Airport! Feel free to reach out for more travel suggestions. We believe in a balance of work and play, so you’ll be done at 5pm to go experience the city!
CAN I BUY A TICKET FOR JUST ONE DAY?
Tickets for this workshop are only available as a two-day ticket. The concentrated time spent working ON your business, and not just IN your business, is perhaps the most important investment you can make. With an expertise in sales and marketing, Kerri believes the key to a happy and healthy business is being rooted in joy - for the people she is serving, for the work she is doing, and in her own day to day life.
She lives in Chicago with her golden retriever, Louie, will likely be spotted with an iced oat milk latte in hand, and is known for her ability to remember your name after meeting you for the first time.
