  • Thank you for your purchase! Your item was made to order to reduce our carbon footprint and be the perfect item just for you! Because of this, all items are final sale. Once you place an order, we cannot make any modifications or cancel the order.

  • All U.S. orders take 8-14 days for standard U.S. shipping and totals will be calculated at checkout. Please note that all items are made to order and typically take 3-5 days for printing to be complete. Your delivery date estimate will be calculated at checkout.

  • All successful orders receive an order confirmation! If you did not receive an email with your order number, it is likely because your transaction failed due to an invalid zip code in your purchase. Apple Pay has a tendency to pull your old address, and we automatically block transactions with invalid zip codes as it relates to the users card.

  • Yes! We work with a manufacturer that prioritizes sustainability by limiting and filtering its water supply, saving energy, and recycling leftover fabric. Your item is made to order, meaning your new apparel gets printed only once you order - reducing our carbon footprint.

  • Once your package ships, we will send you a notification email with tracking information.

  • All major credit cards, Apple Pay and Afterpay/Clearpay are acceptable methods of payment.

How do I care for my embroidered item?

  • Machine wash cold, inside out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors. Use non-chlorine bleach, only when necessary. No fabric softners

  • Tumble dry low or hang dry for longest life

  • Cool iron inside-out if necessary. Do not iron decoration.

  • Do not dry clean
